Positioning: Biological emulsifier / energy synergist; improves energy utilisation from dietary fats and oils.
Functions:
· Enhances fat digestibility and absorption.
· Maintains or improves growth and FCR even in energy-reduced diets.
· Boosts immune function, antioxidant capacity, and intestinal barrier integrity.
Mechanism of Action: Surfactin has excellent surface activity (low surface tension), an optimal HLB value, and a very low CMC. It emulsifies dietary lipids into smaller, more stable droplets, increasing the contact area with lipase, thereby significantly improving fat utilisation.
